Participating Merchants

The Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce it’s time again for Santa’s Great Giveaway! This holiday retail promotion encourages our shoppers to do their holiday shopping locally. Here’s how it works….

FOR THE SHOPPER

• This promotion works like a reverse raffle—as each individual’s name is drawn, they may come forward to select a pre-wrapped gift at random. We will work up to the Third Prize: $100 in Watertown Bucks, Second Prize: $250 in Watertown Bucks, and the First Prize: $500 in Watertown Bucks. The last name to be drawn after all the gifts and initial prizes are gone will be awarded the GRAND PRIZE: $1000 in Watertown Bucks!

• For every $100 shoppers spend in participating businesses, receipts may be redeemed for a ticket to enter the Great Giveaway Drawing.

• Receipts can be combined to total $100 from participating merchants.

• Shoppers can redeem up to $2,500 in receipts per person (25 tickets per individual).

• The promotion begins Friday, November 25th and ends Monday, January 2nd.

• Receipts can be redeemed at the Chamber of Commerce at 20 S. Maple throughout the promotion, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9th.

• All tickets must be returned to the Chamber of Commerce by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9th. No tickets will be accepted the night of the drawing.

• Santa’s Great Giveaway! will be held on Tuesday, January 10th at 7:00 p.m. at the Codington County Extension Complex. Shoppers must be present to win.
